Pooley and our supporter brought their argument from a beer bar to the stadium—Nsoatreman FC

Nsoatreman FC has in a statement provided context to the death of a supporter of Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

A statement from the Football Club said the Kotoko supporter, popularly known as Pooley, was engaged in a heated argument with his killer at a drinking spot ahead of the match.

However, the argument continued till they got to the stadium.

The heated argument between the two supporters got intense, leading to Pooley being stabbed.

The club used the opportunity to condemn the act of violence.

Meanwhile, the Ghana Football Association has banned Nsotreman from using their home venue for the rest of the season pending investigation.
