The District Court has today, February 26, 2025, remanded into police custody suspect Samuel Adjei in connection with the fatal shooting incident that occurred during the enstoolment ceremony at Nungua.
Samuel Adjei is expected to return to the court on March 12, 2025.
He has been charged with murder.
It will be remembered that Naa Borley Ahmed met her untimely death after Samuel Adjei discharged live ammunition from a single-barrel gun, which struck the right thigh of Naa Borley Ahmed.
It is currently not known why he pulled the trigger that led to the death of Naa Borley Ahmed.
