Rafatu Inusah elected onto GOC Board

-

President of the Ghana Rugby Football Union, Rafatu Inusah, who double as the Secretary of Ghana Triathlon Federation, has won a seat on the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) board.

Inusah polled 39 votes, edging out other notable candidates to secure one of the three positions reserved for other members elected by Congress.

The election results reflect Inusah’s growing influence in Ghanaian sports administration. Her victory is a testament to her tireless efforts in promoting rugby development in the country and her leadership acumen.

Inusah’s competitors, Edwin Amankwah and Nathaniel Johnson, put up a good fight, garnering 38 and 32 votes respectively. However, Inusah’s win positions her as a key player in shaping the future of sports in Ghana.

As a member of the GOC board, Inusah is expected to leverage her expertise and passion to drive sports development initiatives and promote Ghana’s athletic interests on the global stage.
