The tournament, organised by the Brong Ahafo Regional Football Association (BA RFA), will feature six groups of four teams each. Matches will be spread across six venues, ensuring that the entire region shares in the spectacle of grassroots football at its most competitive level.

Venues and Group Allocation:

  • Group A: Goaso AstroTurf
  • Group B: Ohene Ameyaw Park, Techiman
  • Group C: Golden City Park, Berekum
  • Group D: Baffour Sports Complex, Twumasikrom
  • Group E: Wenchi Town Park, Wenchi
  • Group F: Penkwase AstroTurf

After the group stage, the six group winners will be reorganised into two new groups of three. These new groups will play in a mini-league format, with the top team in each group advancing to the final.

The grand final will determine which club earns promotion to the Division One League, Ghana’s second-tier professional football league.

“This year’s Middle League promises to be a showcase of passion, talent, and determination. All eyes will be on the clubs as they fight for a place in Division One,” said BA RFA Chairman, adding that the Association is committed to organising a transparent and competitive competition.
