In the ongoing Zonal championship in Senya, Samatex Ladies, Oaks FC, and Rootz Sistaz all recorded their second consecutive wins in their quest for Premier League football next season.

Samatex Ladies vs. Sissamba Ladies

Patricia Nyanful’s 13th-minute strike proved to be the winner for Samatex Ladies against Sissamba. Despite Sissamba’s efforts to redeem themselves, they couldn’t capitalize on their chances, and Samatex Ladies secured their second straight win.

OAKS FC vs. Essiam Socrates

Oaks FC came from behind to win their match against Essiam Socrates – with Fredricka Kai Addico opening the scoring for their opponents in the 39th minute. However, Oaks FC responded quickly, with Amanda Mills tapping in a rebound after Essiam Socrates’ defense failed to clear their lines. Sarafina Esinam sealed the win for Oaks FC with a stunning 40-yard set piece in the 72nd minute.

Rootz Sistaz vs. Anlo Ladies

Christiana Ashiaku scored a brace for Rootz Sistaz, propelling her team to their second consecutive win. Ashiaku was instrumental in the match, drawing rings around the Anlo Ladies defense and firing in the opener in the 15th minute. Eva Amoako Offin doubled the lead in the 26th minute, and Ashiaku sealed the win with a sublime low-level strike in the 85th minute. Ashiaku’s impressive performance has made her a standout player in the championship so far.
