Christopher Bonsu Baah dreams of striking partnership with Asamoah Gyan

Ghanaian winger Christopher Bonsu Baah has expressed his desire to play alongside the legendary Ghanaian striker Asamoah Gyan.
Bonsu Baah, who became part of the team during the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers against Chad and Madagascar, initially did not participate in any matches.

Nevertheless, he left a significant mark in the Unity Cup, where he played his first game for the national team and impressed everyone with his performance.

The 20-year-old stated that he admires Gyan’s playing style and believes he would excel in a partnership with the African football legend.

“For me, I would say Asamoah Gyan,” Baah told 3Sports when asked which Black Stars player he would have liked to play with.

“Because we all love to play with him. His style of play allows me to provide him with many opportunities to score, and I can also contribute assists,” Baah added.

Gyan, who is Ghana’s all-time leading scorer, retired from football two years ago, yet his legacy continues to motivate a new generation of players.
