The mother of Ghana’s Interior Minister, Muntaka Mubarak, Hajia Saudatu Sulemana Muntaka has died.
She died on Monday, February 3, 2025, a day he took over as the Interior Minister of Ghana.
In a post shared via social media announcing his mother’s death, Muntaka Mubarak indicated that his mother died after a short illness.
She used the opportunity to pray for her soul to be granted safe entry.
His post read, “It is with a heavy heart that I announce to the general public the passing of my beloved mother, Hajia Saudatu Sulemana Muntaka.
She died after a short illness.
May Allah forgive her shortcomings and grant her Jannatul Firdaus.”
