University of Ghana Stadium to host MTN FA Cup Final on June 15

-

The 2024/25 MTN FA Cup final is set to take place at the University of Ghana Stadium on Sunday, June 15, 2025.

The final match will be between the winners of two semifinal matches: Berekum Chelsea vs. Asante Kotoko and Attram De Visser vs. Golden Kick.

Among the four semifinalists, only Asante Kotoko have previously won the competition with their last FA Cup win dating back to 2017, when they defeated arch rivals Accra Hearts of Oak 3-1 at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale.

Berekum Chelsea are chasing their first MTN FA Cup trophy and will rely on the expertise of their head coach, Samuel Boadu, who won the competition twice as Hearts of Oak’s coach in the 2021 and 2022 seasons.

Meanwhile, Attram De Visser and Golden Kick, both from Zone Three of the Access Bank Division One League, aim to make history as they battle for a spot in the final.
