Kanye West has once again walked back his controversial past statements, this time distancing himself from Nazi ideology.
Ye, as he now prefers to be called, posted on social media, “After further reflection, I’ve come to the realization that I’m not a Nazi.”
The statement follows years of backlash over his antisemitic remarks, including a 2022 InfoWars interview where he openly praised Adolf Hitler.

That moment cost him major endorsements, including his lucrative deal with Adidas, and led to widespread condemnation.
His apparent change of heart seems to have been sparked by Adam Sandler’s recent performance on SNL50 Anniversary Special, where the comedian made a tongue-in-cheek reference to antisemitic musicians.
In response, Ye posted, “Adam Sandler, thank you for the love,” suggesting the moment had some impact on his reflection.
This isn’t the first time a Jewish entertainer has influenced his stance—he previously credited Jonah Hill’s role in 21 Jump Street with changing his perspective on Jewish people.
